Information presented on the Website is provided for general informational and business purposes and may be updated at any time.
2. PROJECT INQUIRIES
Submitting a project inquiry, questionnaire, contact form, or other request through the Website does not:
Guarantee project acceptance

Projects are subject to review for scope, fit, availability, and other relevant considerations.
Final project scope, pricing, payment requirements, timelines, deliverables, and other terms will be established separately before work begins.
3. CLIENT AGREEMENTS
These Terms govern use of the Website and do not replace any separate client agreement, proposal, statement of work, project agreement, or other contract entered into between ZAYĒD COLLECTIVE and a client.
If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding a specific client project, the applicable project agreement will control with respect to that project.
4. PAYMENTS
Payments for services may be processed through Stripe or another payment processor identified by ZAYĒD COLLECTIVE.
Payment requirements, schedules, milestones, refund terms, cancellation terms, and other financial conditions applicable to a project will be provided through the applicable service description, payment request, proposal, or client agreement.
Third-party payment processors may maintain their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.
